On Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 11:00 AM, the Grand Master and the officers of the Grand Lodge of Ohio will open in emergent communication for the purpose of issuing a dispensation for a number of Brethren to meet under the name of Morning Star Lodge for the purpose of forming a new daytime Lodge.  The ceremony will take place in the Rickly Auditorium at the Springfield campus of the Ohio Masonic Home
